My page ( rather than site ) for it is only one page , absurd but true has begun to get a sprint in this mighty Google Busby Seo Challenge , it has moved into the 50s after being stuck @ 70 ish for several days , still the odds are hugely stacked against much more progress in this contest . The hot favorite remains the French teams followed by the determined Indonesian team , who may be a little more cash hungry , than the French in this challenge Who seem to think this is some sort of game , can you believe it ? ? I will also edit my Busby page tonight just to keep it all ticking over

I have recently entered the “Busby Seo Challenge” mainly for the creative fun of it and the knowledge that such an endeavor will certainly produce–There are prizes involved–the prizes are given on ranking a web page for the terms “Busby Seo Challenge” number 1.2.3 on Google.com on a specified date.

In my case for reasons I will explain my page(s) is very unlikely to make the top 3, so my motive is not the prize money but rather the hands on and to a large extent trial and error invaluable data and seo lessons gathered by entering such a contest.

If Seo ( search engine optimization ) is your interest or you would like to learn exactly how you can and also perhaps how you cannot influence search engines in your favor, I advise you to take up such as challenge.

Now to explain further why my site domainforensic.net is an extreme outsider in this contest :

It is a brand new domain ( as far as I can tell never registered before this month )this is a major handicap because much work is needed to even get the new site in search engines.

The domain I have impulsively chosen http://domainforensic.net has no previous links, google values links pointing to websites so again another handicap .

I would only suggest a person start with a fresh domain if ones interest is primarily about learning SEO from the ground up.

If you are after the prize money then join a team with an established site(s) many backlinks and group resources including search engine optimization specialists
